Membership Information
PHCC of Washington is for Contractors and those who serve the plumbing, heating and cooling industry.

All memberships in the Washington Chapter of the Professional Heating Cooling Contractors Association® have a term of 1 year, payable annually or in monthly installments. Applications are reviewed by the Executive Director for approval. PHCC-WA contractor memberships DO include membership in the National Professional Heating Cooling Contractors Association®. Associate and Affiliate memberships do NOT include membership in the National Professional Heating Cooling Contractors Association®.
Contractor Member-Annual
Contractor Members must hold a qualifying contracting registration from the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries, conducting a plumbing, heating or cooling business.
PHCC-WA contractor memberships DO include membership in the National Professional Heating Cooling Contractors Association®.
Contractor Member- Monthly
Contractor Members must hold a qualifying contracting registration from the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries, conducting a plumbing, heating or cooling business.

This annual membership is paid in monthly installments
Associate Member - Monthly
Associate Members include manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers and manufacturers’ representatives that serve the plumbing, heating and cooling industry. Water Mitigation companies are the only associate membership class that must be registered with the Department of Labor and Industries.
Associate memberships do NOT include membership in the National Professional Heating Cooling Contractors Association®.
Associate membership applications are submitted to the Executive Director, who shall make due inquiry as to the eligibility.

Affiliate Members include individuals, firms and corporations that provide professional business services including but not limited to health and professional liability insurance, business planning, bookkeeping, accountancy, fleet solutions, fuel solutions, uniform services, payroll and tax return services, etc.
Associate membership applications are subject to Executive Director review, who shall make due inquiry as to the eligibility, for the approval by the Executive Committee based on those findings.
