Event Cancellation Policy
Please help us be good stewards of our association's time, talent and resources.
Education Class Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received in writing 72 hours prior to course date to receive a full refund. Substitutions welcome. No-shows will be billed at full price. HCCP/Tax Credit Compliance courses will incur a $125 cancellation fee.
Designation Course Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received in writing 14 days prior to the course date to receive a full refund. Cancellations received within the 14-day grace period will incur a non-refundable, non-transferrable $300 fee. Substitutions welcome. No-Shows will be billed at full price.
General Events & Meetings Cancellation Policy
- No cancellations, refunds, or credits will be issued.
- Attendee substitutions are welcome.
