Session Three – Looking at your Organization: Increase Trust and Psychological Safety
In this session we will discuss the strategic objectives aimed at creating psychological safety in the workplace.
There are three objectives at the center of this strategy:

building empathy and respect into everyday behaviors
We will explore practical strategies and initiatives that organizations can implement to foster a supportive and inclusive environment where employees feel valued, respected and empowered to bring their authentic selves to work.

Beth Dobkin has been involved in the trades her entire business career. Although her academic schooling is in education, she gained valuable experience working with her family and later married her husband, a business graduate, third generation plumber and entrepreneur. Throughout her journey in the trades, Beth developed a passion for coaching, mentoring and training. Recognizing a need, Beth joined the PHCC family in 2012 as a business management coach. She is committed to providing valuable guidance and support to professionals in the trades, empowering them to reach their full potential.
