Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines

These Terms govern your use of www.phccwa.org, the PHCC of Washington website, member portal, and community platform.

By creating an account, accessing the site, or using any PHCC of WA services, you agree to these Terms, including the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines contained in this document.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or create an account.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, to use this website.

11. Membership Dues Terms

By enrolling in a PHCC of WA membership on behalf of a company, you affirm that you are authorized to commit the company to the membership terms and payment obligations.

Members choosing a monthly payment plan acknowledge that membership represents a full-year commitment, and the company agrees to pay the full annual dues amount.

Monthly payments are expected to continue through December 31 of the membership year.

If membership is canceled before the end of the year, the remaining balance of annual dues may still be owed.

Failure to meet payment obligations may result in:

  • suspension or termination of membership benefits
  • collection of outstanding balances
12. Community Participation (Tradewing Community)

By accessing or participating in the PHCC of WA Community platform, you agree to the following guidelines.

Eligibility

Access is limited to active PHCC of WA members in good standing. PHCC of WA reserves the right to grant, restrict, or revoke access to the Community.

Appropriate Use

The Community is intended for professional collaboration, discussion, and industry support.

Members agree not to:

  • harass or discriminate against others
  • impersonate other members
  • post harmful, illegal, or misleading content
  • promote products or services unless permitted

Messaging and Promotions

Associate and Affiliate members may not use private messaging or forum posts solely for promotional purposes.

Violations may result in removal from the Community.

Content Ownership

Members retain ownership of content they post. However, by posting content, you grant PHCC of WA a non-exclusive license to display and distribute the content within association platforms.

Do not post copyrighted material without permission.

13. Community Moderation

PHCC of WA reserves the right to:

  • remove content
  • restrict or suspend accounts
  • revoke community access

for violations of these Terms or conduct that harms the integrity of the Community.

Community access is a membership benefit and may be revoked at any time.

14. Privacy Policy

PHCC of WA collects personal information necessary to operate the website and provide member services. This may include:

  • company information
  • email address
  • phone number
  • website usage data

Posts within the Community may be searchable by other approved members.

16. No Hours Left Behind Disclaimer

By using No Hours Left Behind, you acknowledge that PHCC of WA does not review, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any affidavit information submitted through the platform.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all affidavit information before submitting it to any regulatory authority.

PHCC of WA is not liable for:

  • errors or omissions
  • rejected affidavits
  • audits or penalties
  • regulatory consequences

Use of the platform does not replace your responsibility to comply with all applicable licensing laws, supervision requirements, continuing education rules, or filing deadlines.

Submitting an affidavit through the platform confirms that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in King County, Washington, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
