PHCC Academy®'s Fast Track to Service & Repair HVACR trains technicians in a self-paced and focused manor to be running in their own truck within 12-18 months or sooner (based on time and enthusiasm).
Designed for contractors by contractors, this comprehensive entry-level training is targeted at employees who do residential or commercial HVACR service and repair work. Year-round open enrollment is available so employees can begin today.

Students study at their own pace as the work week permits, with most students finishing in 12 - 18 months. The course includes 34 training modules critical for the success of today's plumbing service and repair professionals.
- Topics include safety, customer service, basic business skills, and more. Supervisors receive a guide with suggested training activities.
Students enrolled in the HVACR apprenticeship are also separately registered for Trade Traction, an accountability and success program with Dennis the Apprentice. This is billed monthly at $50 or annually at $600.

May be used to upskill employees or assist with a career change from plumbing to HVACR.
Not a substitute for the related technical instruction (RTI) required for apprenticeship training and does not count towards apprenticeship.
