Chad C. Nichols with Hand2Hand Media is bringing top-shelf social media marketing to members of PHCC of WA state.
Joined by our Executive Director Todd Allred, Hand2Hand Media will travel to your business for a video/photo shoot, helping to capture and promote your unique marketable story.
NITTY GRITTY:
- The shoot will take about 4 hours in total. During the shoot, Hand2Hand will interview you about your biz, shoot some video footage of the action, and take some sweet photos.
- Todd and Hand2Hand Media will travel with you out into the field to visit one of your favorite clients (who also need to be a PHCC of WA state member) whom you’ll present with the gift of a complimentary shoot featuring their business (nothing nicer than giving them a gift that makes them money).
- After the shoot, Hand2Hand Media will use the photos and videos to create a Content Suite of 9 videos and 14 photos (breakdown of who gets what below in the NUTS & BOLTS section below) featuring both your biz (the Sponsor) as well as that of your Favorite Client. Turnaround time for the full finished Content Suite is 6 weeks out from the shoot.
- Over the coming year, PHCC will be posting and boosting (pay promoting) the Content Suite about your biz on all our social media accounts.
- To make things even sweeter, once the Content Suite is ready for action, Hand2Hand Media will
schedule a social media marketing coaching session with you. That way, you’ll know how to best
leverage your golden content to create more brand awareness and business.
BULLET POINTS:
Sponsor (your biz) Gets:
- Content Suite created about your business (6 videos + 9 photos).
A) One-on-one coaching session with Hand2Hand Media.
B) Content Suite gift for your favorite client (4 videos + 7 photos).
C) The content will be published and boosted on PHCC’s social media accounts.
D) Todd will also be at the shoot (when available) for extra spice. - Sponsor Gives:
A) Cost: $9,999 (for PHCC members)
B) Shoot Time: 4 hours
C) Scheduling: Chad will organize with the Sponsor via email to set up the shoot and
coaching session.
COACHING SESSION:
After the Content Suite is created, Chad will follow up with a complimentary 3 hour coaching session with a 1 hour follow up video call to make sure you know your basic best practices for publishing on social media. In this session he’ll show you how to best run targeted ad campaigns, monitor analytics & data, tag posts, and leverage the multiple platforms available for publishing on Instagram & Facebook.
NUTS & BOLTS:
- The videos are paid for by the Sponsor.
- The Sponsor then chooses a PHCC member/client to highlight.

A) 1 full length (1 min) video showcasing the Sponsor’s business.
B) 1 full length (1 min) video highlighting the Sponsor’s appreciation of PHCC.
C) 1 full length (1 min) video showcasing Todd with an “Update from the Director” featuring your biz.
D) 3 short videos (15 to 35 sec) cut from the full length videos.
E) 9 photos of the Sponsor’s business.
F) 1 full length (1 min) video showcasing the Favorite Client’s business.
G) 1 full length video (1 min) highlighting the Favorite Client’s appreciation of PHCC.
H) 2 short videos (15 to 35 sec) cut from the Favorite Client’s full length videos.
I) 7 photos of Favorite Client’s business.
GOALS:
The goal of this Social Media Marketing Project is to help make social media marketing more accessible, affordable, and powerful as we align our marketing strategies and leverage the algorithm for the collective advantage and benefit of PHCC members.

- Sponsor (your biz):
A) Gets prime marketing assets that can be published over and over.
B) Gets a bunch of boosted ads put out there, promoting their business, from PHCC’s
accounts.
C) Gets to learn more about social media marketing, informing and empowering them to run
their own boosted posts/ads going forward.
D) Gives them a way to say “Thank You” to their Favorite Client with a gift that’ll help bring
them more marketing awareness, business, and success. - Favorite Client:
A) Gets the gift of free marketing assets - PHCC:
A) Gets to offer its members another value add.
B) Gets content created and pay-promoted featuring the organization.

COLLABORATIVE MARKETING STRATEGY:
For best results, everyone involved should tag each other in every post we do. Chad will talk more about this in the coaching session. We all stand to gain from these promotions and the attention they will bring. The more we work together, the more they’ll be seen, clicked on, and shared. So for example, if once you notice you’ve been tagged, if you like, comment, and share the post, the more it’ll trigger the algorithm and help the content travel further and for longer. If done right, a tight well run promo party can attract a big crowd.
PAY PROMOTION DATA:
Each video/photo post will be boosted/pay-promoted on PHCC’s Facebook and Instagram with a $50 per post budget to:
- Make sure the content is seen by a maximum amount of people in our target audience
(WA state plumbers). - Feature a “call to action” link that people can click to find out more.
- Allow us to collect its metadata (insights about who saw what, where they were, and for how
long they looked).
