Members who are not golfing or sponsoring may join us for the post-tournament celebration! This ticket includes access to the post-tournament dinner and awards beginning at 3:00pm.

Please note: This ticket does not include access to the golf course, golfers, or tournament activities during the day. Dinner guests are kindly asked to arrive shortly before 3:00pm.

Includes dinner for 2 sponsor representatives; additional reps who plan to be at dinner must purchase a Sponsor Dinner Ticket.

8:00 AM - 9:30 AM Hole Sponsors Set-Up Sponsors can set up their chairs, tables, tents, and display features at their holes. We kindly ask that all sponsors complete their set-up by 9:30am.
8:30 AM - 10:00 AM Golfer Check-In Golfers must check-in with PHCCWA near the Pavilion Tent. Breakfast is available for purchase at the golf course's restaurant Riverbend Bar & Grill.
8:30 AM - 3:00 PM Raffle Entries Raffle tickets are available for purchase on-site ($20 for 25 tickets). Attendees may use their tickets to enter raffle drawings throughout the day until 3:00pm.
10:00 AM Shotgun Start
3:00 PM - 5:00 PM Dinner & Awards at Pavilion Tent During dinner, award winners will be announced as well as raffle winners. Raffle drawing winners must be present to win.
Test your skills against a golf pro!

At Hole #8, players will go head-to-head with a professional golfer in a closest-to-the-pin challenge. If you hit your shot closer than the pro, you’ll win a prize and bragging rights for the day. It’s a fun and interactive experience that adds excitement and a little friendly competition to the tournament!

Each golfer on the 1st place team will receive $150!


2nd Place Team

2nd place earns $100 per golfer!
